Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
As long as your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we can make sure it’s cancelled or updated, just contact us right away at [email protected]. We’re quick to respond!. If your order has already been packed and shipped, don’t worry we’ll always do
Is there a minimum order amount?
There’s no minimum spend, but unfortunately, we can’t ship orders containing fewer than 2 bags. The reason is simple and transparent, shipping costs for single-bag orders are too high, which would mean we lose money on each one sent.
