How can I contact customer support?

You have three easy options:. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and usually much faster.

What are your customer support hours?

Our team works digitally and monitors the inbox on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours, we still review urgent messages and we always promise a response within 24 hours.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

Take a photo of the damage or defect right away.Email the photo along with your order number to [email protected]’ll send you a free replacement package or offer a full refund, whichever suits you best.
