How do I leave feedback or make a complaint?Updated a month ago

  • Email us at [email protected]  or use the contact form.
  • Mark the subject line as “Feedback” or “Complaint” so we can prioritize it correctly.
  • We’ll acknowledge your message within 24 hours and follow up with a solution or any clarifying questions.

Tip: If you’re not satisfied after our initial resolution, you’re always protected by Swedish consumer law and can contact ARN (the National Board for Consumer Disputes). Of course, we’ll do everything we can to solve it long before it gets that far.
