Our products have different ingredient profiles, with the following allergens to be aware of:

Original Food Shake contains oats. It is plant-based and is not currently certified as gluten-free.

Protein+ Food Shake contains oats and wheat. It is plant-based but, due to the wheat protein, is not gluten-free.

Complete Protein contains milk, as it is made with whey protein and milk protein concentrate. It is lactose-free and contains no gluten ingredients, but is not currently certified as gluten-free.
