Absolutely — many of our customers mix their shakes with milk or plant-based alternatives. It’s a great way to add variety to your food-shake and increase the calorie content if that’s what you’re after. Just keep in mind that both the nutritional and calorie values will change. Here are a few ideas:
- Milk adds extra calories and helps you feel fuller for longer.
- Plant-based drinks (like oat or almond milk) give extra creaminess and around + ≈ 20–60 kcal.
- In a blender: add frozen berries, fruit, or nut butter for more energy/flavor.
- Coffee or an espresso shot → try a “coffee food-shake” with a caffeine kick, especially tasty with Raw Cocoa or Creamy Oats.
