Original Food Shake is lactose-free and dairy-free. It contains oats and is not currently certified as gluten-free.

Protein+ Food Shake is lactose-free and dairy-free, but contains wheat protein and is therefore not gluten-free.

Complete Protein is made with whey protein and milk protein concentrate, but contains lactase and is lactose-free. No gluten-containing ingredients are used, but it is not currently certified as gluten-free.
